Plot twist, it’s actually great!
Finding this spot can be a bit tricky, as it’s nestled among the trees. The location is just a short drive to the ferry terminal, making it perfect for early departures. The staff provided excellent communication for our late arrival. Rooms are clean and comfortable without modern frills, but suited our needs well for one night.

The motel is conveniently close to the ferry terminal.
I was appalled by the level of neglect in the room. The carpet was stained and smelled musty, and to top it off, I found a pair of dirty socks left under the bed! The old electrical outlets were a nuisance, making it nearly impossible to charge my devices. For the price I paid, I expected a much better experience.

missingWrote a review on 11 Augclean roomhelpful instructionshidden thermostatpoor signage
Finding the motel took more effort than expected. The sign was partially hidden by trees, and I drove past it a few times. Check-in was quick and straightforward despite my late arrival. The room itself had not seen many upgrades in years, showing its age. While the location was ideal for an early ferry, pricing felt steep for what I received. The room was hot, and I had trouble locating the thermostat, which was awkwardly hidden behind furniture. Additionally, I was frustrated by the lack of extra toilet paper. just a single roll was available. On the plus side, the staff had prepared my room for late access and left helpful instructions. The genuine hospitality made up for some shortcomings. Cleanliness in the room impressed me, providing comfort for a brief stay.

The room was cozy and had charming antique furniture that reminded me of my grandma's house, and the bed was super comfy for a restful night. I loved the relaxing vibe by the fireplace and the convenience of having a microwave and refrigerator. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a bit of updating, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

The location is convenient, just a block from the ferry terminal, making it easy for early travel. Communication from staff was effective, especially for late arrivals, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, finding the motel was a challenge due to poor signage, and the room felt outdated with minimal updates over the years. At nearly $300 for a night, the value didn’t match expectations, especially compared to other options nearby.
